6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Deleted records leave the live database immediately, and encrypted backups roll off within 35 days. Admin audit logs are retained for one year.
7. Security

8. Children's Privacy
CheckSmith.ai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
